
Kamina Scholarship
Ahousaht Post-Secondary is proud and honored to present the Kamina Scholarship for all Ahousaht Post-Secondary students. The scholarship is made possible because of a generous donation from a contributor who wishes to remain anonymous.
These funds will be administered in accordance with contributor’s last will and testament. Two bursaries in the amount of $500.00 each will be awarded annually over the next 50 years to Ahousaht students who are registered at a post-secondary institution, either in academic or vocational.
Selection will be made by Ahousaht Post-Secondary representatives.
Eligibility Criteria:

Registered to Ahousaht First Nation

Enrolled or recently graduated from a post-secondary institution.

Financial hardship.
-
Be in good standing (attendance/GPA) with your post-secondary institution.

Kamina Scholarship Form

Letter of Support from institution: educational advisor, instructor, dean.

Letter of support demonstrating Citizenship and community engagement (Giving back to the community), and why the recipient deserves this scholarship.

Letter provided by the student entailing the financial hardships and how this scholarship will help.
