An Accessibility Committee is a requirement of the Accessible British Columbia Act in which organizations must establish an Accessibility Committee (to assist in identifying barriers to individuals in or interacting with the organization and to advise the organization on how to remove and prevent those barriers), to develop an accessibility plan and a process for receiving public feedback. Accessibility committees must be representative and diverse.
